Menus and Miles Monday March 19th
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
I went shopping yesterday and I bought more sweaters off of the sale rack for $9.99 each than I bought summer clothes...LOL It takes me awhile to find summer clothes that fit good. All of the capris are so long on me and the shorts have to be a certain length to cover up all of the loose skin and not look like that are super short capris.
They started clearing the property for DD's house yesterday. I guess it is a reality that DD and family are going to be moving out in the fall. DH and I are going to have to get reaquainted as a couple. DGSons fill that space now.
I've been on Maintenance 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

Dinner: Roast and 1/2 cup noodles

Snack: 100 Calorie Popcorn (Always list this but don't always have)

I am so pleased. At the pool today I decided to try some laps instead of just working out in the therapy pool. I made it for 4 laps which doesn't sound like much but felt like 10 miles. Then I did the rest of my workout in the therapy pool. I am thrilled. I really want to feel strong again and I think I am finally on my way.
