Menus and Miles Wed. March 28th
Went to the pool early and ran in the water for 20 min then did my knee stretches in the hot tub. Sat in the sun some but I really don't want to get burned. Then to the spa for a full body message, foot and hand treatments and a facial. Cooking supper then back to the pool. Disney tomorrow. We decided to do the Animal Kingdom, hope we aren't dissapointed.

We love Animal Kingdom. It's more layed back than the other parks so I guess it depends on what you are looking for. DS will still get to see Mickey. I'm disappointed we aren't going there this year but we haven't been to Sea World since it closed in Ohio.

feels like I hve been munching all day,all things on plan,but my calories don't support it. didn't have a protein shake today.wonder if that was why I was so munchy?

My shakes keep my hands busy or I would probably munch all day too. Do you drink your water? I actually crave my drinks during the day like I'm having heat stroke.
