There is not smoke in the Orlando area that I know of, I live in Callahan which is just north of Jacksonville.  I'm sure it will still be in the 90's, we had a "cold front" come in today and it was still in the high 70's. 
I do know my totals, I keep track on myfitness pal.

Cool here too. I put a sheet on Poppy last night and she has worn it all day since she has shed most of her winter coat.

I didn't realize that horses shedded their hair.  My bird has been making a mess in his cage.  I've got to find a few minutes (at least rememeber) to clean his cage this weekend.

Hi Roz!

My eating has been awful... I really need to decarb - really really bad.  I decided today was the day - well.. today was "free bagel day'... and I indulged.  yes it was a wheat bagel but still had cream cheese... and it was carbs.

B - coffee and a double fuzzy navel protein drink
S - a wheat bagel (yes, all but 1 bite) and cream cheese (flavored)
L - most of my egg/sausage/veggie bake
S - some "Better n Peanut Butter" - its from Trader Joes.  It has 85% less fat and half the calores and OMG is SOOO good.  So yes, I sit with a spoon and eat it. 
D - I had pork chops out to cook but they smell bad.  Just bought them a few days ago.  So IDK. 

Vits; forgot them - will go take them now

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

Bagels are one of the things that I just can't bring myself to eat.  I fear the scale not moving upward until I'm hooked on them.  I think that's what happened to my sugar addiction.  The scales didn't  move and now I'm fighting the battle.  I did good last night....only 1 piece of candy.  I'm going for 0 today.

What does the "better n Peanut Butter" taste like?  I enjoy PB on a spoon once in awhile but kills my totals.    Someone told me  we have a Trader Joes in Pittsburgh.  I'm going to have to check it out someday when I'm down that way.

I'm always wondering how long meats sit in the stores before I buy them.  Things do last a lot longer in my new fridge.

I don't know if it would be harder to stay on track alone or living with someone.  DD and SIL always have so much junk food laying around and DH loves bread and fats.  Sometimes the temptation gets the best of me.

Actually - I find it easier to stay on track alone.  When I lived with Tom he was constantly cooking.. everything was planned around food.  I'm not saying I don't think that way now - but I have a lot more control over what I do and don't eat.   I also don't keep junk in the house either - which was a BIG issue at Toms. 

The peanut butter, I think, tastes like it has a hint of chocolate in it - its awesome!

I have been enjoying the pistachios but today when I posted on fitclick I realized how many carbs they have and that put my totals out of wack. 

I've got to try a NC BBQ sandwich sometime...you make me so hungry!

Today was a workday for me and I didn't really get lunch - was crazy busy!!!


BTW Freezing here in Indy!
Anyway - I am starting to get better not eating processed carbs, although I did go into our kitchen at work and eat a package of the Ritz crackers cheese snacks.



B: Double scoop Jay Robb protein smoothie with milk and berries Protein 63, carbs 22



L: Krogers carb master yogurt with berries & a little bit of grape nuts - protein 10, carbs 19



D: Left over roast beef with cheese & broccoli with cheese: protein - 27, carbs 6



S: Ritz cracker handi snack - protein 2, carbs 11



S: Not sure - may have some more milk (I like drinking the milk with my bedtime vitamins because they don't seem as hard on my stomach)



So far today's totals, not counting milk, cuz not sure about it



836 cal 58 carbs 23 fat 102 protein 5 fiber



So far so good. Once I lose a couple of pounds, will slowly increase my calories back up. I really don't want to lose too much more - don't want to get rid of new clothes & shoes I have purchased!!!
