D: probably another shake (40g)
S: ? maybe some popcorn

Drove Chili this afternoon in the cold and wind, Burrrrrr.  After being at the farm painting in the cold and wind.  Where did spring go???

I sure hope it warms up before you go to Fla, Roz.  It was great when we were there, mid 80s.

Does the cold bother your legs?  I had to go to the chiropractor yesterday afternoon because the cold has made me so tight.  It's suppose to be in the high 80's in FL....so excited to get not have to wear a jacket!

I bought the stuff to make the pizza chips but I haven't made them yet.  Maybe tonight!

I think even 69 in FL would be better than 69 in PA.   Palm Trees and Flowers have a way of warming you inside and out.

LOL...You didn't look at the calories when you bought them?  I could never buy those because I don't think I could talk myself into stretching them out. I'd probably talking myself into eating them all just to get them out of the house.....

Have you given up on the Protein drinks completely now?
