Actually - I didn't buy them - my guys bought them for me.  Said I needed chocolate - they got me chocolate!

I did pretty good after I realized they were that many calories to spread them out - in fact, I put them back on THEIR desk - they made it back to mine - lol.

I have a tub of protein in my cabinet here at work.  I haven't totally given up on it, but since I haven't had a protein drink for a couple of days, my bloatiness, gassiness and constipation has dissipated.... 

But - on a different note, I'm doing VERY well with my vitamins again!

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Hi Everyone!!!

It is freezing here too. Busy, but good day at work.

B: Dreamscicle smoothie
L: chicken salad
D: left over beef stew
S: lemon tea
S: South Beach whipped peanut butter bar (yum)
S: A couple of Goldfish & french fries - from my husband's plate
S: milk and not sure what else

So far totals:
Totals 861 cal 64 carbs 21 fat 99 protein 4 fiber

My DH always give me 3 fries from his plate.  I tell him...don't let me have any more!  Even a year ago fries tasted so greasy but not any more.  I think I could eat a whole small order now.  That is one habit that I can't let myself fall back into!!!!!
