Will be a tough day - going to a Wine festival and out for dinner... But - I have taken my vitamins!!

That's a challenge. Maybe a protein bar in your pocket to get you past some carb-ie items. You'll be fine, hope you have a great time. We have a large festival in MD called Wine in the Woods at Mary Weather Post Pavillion.

 I am back from vacation so no excuses now.  I need to up my protein and water.

B:  2 protein coffees. 28 g
B:  scrambled eggs with cheese. 17 g
L:  chicken taco stuffing and Refried beans with cheese and sour cream. 26 g
D:  pure protein bar on the way to the local bar to shoot darts with friends.  21 g
D:  chicken wings at the bar. 37 g

Extra water.  Vitamins. Potassium.

Miles: shoveled mulch for an hour

Yesterday was a train wreck.  And as usual, when the carbs are reintroduced, along come the cravings the following day.  So far:

Snack:  fage yogurt
lunch:  ?
snack:  dates & walnuts

We had a HOT day here in FL.  We walked around the flea/farmers market and some garage sales.  I was looking for clothes being that I've grown out of my 14's !! YEAH :)  I found a few things, I hate to pay a lot because I grow out of things so quickly.  I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend.

I almost forgot, I tried the chic-fil-A grilled chicken nuggets today and they are wonderful with 25 gm of protein for 6 count.

Drove Chili this morning then went to the farm to paint in prep for the show next weekend.  Got home late but was thankful I had put something in the crock pot so dinner was ready when I walked in.

Hi!

We got rained out at the racetrack today - so have been working on a lot of things around here. Cold & rainy day.

B: egg with one sandwich thin (whole wheat)
L: milk
D: one White Castle and 1/2 cup chili
S: protein bar
S: Syntrax tea

Not too sure what if I will have anything else - maybe some milk???
