Too Much Protein???

 So I tracked today and got to 179g of protein???

Too much?  My protein is on the low side and I am trying to cut carbs right now.

I think you are fine.  I keep mine well over 100 and carbs around 30 when I am losing, 50-70 if not. 

there is some thought that too much protein is hard on the kidneys and seems like I remember something about kidney stones but for a while to get your levels up, I would keep it up.
