Good Morning. Would like a long walk on the beach
I live very close to Jacksonville Beach and Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island, so when I vacation I'd rather go to the mountains. I love renting a cabin in Pigeon Forge, so much fun :)

I would love to go to the beach too! I like the mountains, which I am surrounded by, but I long for the beach. Perferably warm and tropical with Rum drinks! But even the cold, WA beaches are great. This isn't much help, but I know there is an Island someplace in Florida, that isn't part of the Keyes that has great shells. I think it is some kind of preserve.
When I was in Fiji once long ago, I was on a small island with a small beach that was made of unbelieveable amounts of shells, almost no sand. You could dig your hands down into the shells and come up with handfuls! It was amazing. You know all of those common place necklaces made out of shells? They must come from someplace like that.
