Hi Roz!  I'm having some tummy pain tonight - maybe it's revolting cause I had to clean the house and mow the lawn?

B - 3 chicken wings and coffee
L - Thai sweet and sour chicken (with Gina)
D - some cheese cubes
S - may have some leftover s/s chicken if my tummy feels better

It could be you strained something.  I would say mowing the grass could definitely do that.   I'm guessing you and Gina ate out since you both have a different menu.
