Coaching All-Star cheerleading is my DD's life. She Coaches 13 teams and almost 300 girls. The #1 Coaching rule for sucess is to Don't be Friends with the girls (or their parents). You are their Coach and if you cross that line it can lead to disrespect and major drama. Coach's think this can't happen to them but believe me it's almost a for sure thing.
