Just got home from a long day with the truck and trailer.  Went to SC to look at carts for Chili and ordered one which will be ready for our next real show.  But spending the day in the truck made my eating off for sure.  I thought I was going to have company so didn't pack like I would have by myself but the totals weren't too bad.

 This will be a rehash of a scary eating day:

B - 8 small tea biscuits
      cup of vanilla protein w/instant coffee (I have no idea how much protein but more than 35)

S - 3 or 4 heaping tsp of chunky pb because my sugar felt weird

L - 5 rice cakes

2 bottles of water
1 cup of hot tea

now give me some ideas to get this day on track!!!  In Israel, meat isn't so available since it's expensive (and I am poor!) but fruits and veggies are ridiculously cheap and so is canned "red" tuna which isn't bad.  I also get a lot of canned beans so a veggie chili is good w/ rice (white).  Other ideas along these lines are welcome!!!  I eat baked tofu and noodles but do realise I have to have a protein with my meal.  I wake up twice in the night and make a sandwich w/ nutella.  That HAS to be bad.

I've just been trying to scare the carb monster away and it looks like he might be slipping back into your life.  If you have to eat carbs go Whole Wheat rather than rice. 

Veggie chili sounds wonderful!  I've had to cut back on the fruits because it has a lot of sugar and makes me crave more sugar.  I try to limit it to 1 time a day now but most days I don't have any.  

Have you ever tried tuna and scrambled eggs with some spray "fake" butter?  It is yummy!

I don't let Nutella in my house....LOL!!   I can't control it.  If I had it in the cupboard I'd proably be getting up at night to have some too only I would just eat it out of the can and skip the carby bread. !  My grandkids love it!
