Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

We had our June birthday party at work today.  They had a layer cake with pudding, whip cream, and strawberries and I passed on it!   More importantly I didn't even have to talk myself out of it!! 

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!

Good for you, Roz.  I'm afraid I'd be in the middle of that.

Meetings this morning the to the pool for laps.  I did more today and am not having to stop for a breather inbetween anymore.  Woohoo.

Breakfast:  1 Pure Protein Chocolate Protein Shake, 1 slice homemade multigrain bread with 1/2 tb Smart Balance Light Spread.  (I drank the shake, then waited 15 min, then ate the toast) - 26 Protein, 245 Calories

AM Snack  1.5 oz Cabot Cheddar Cheese (11 Protein, 165 Cal)

Lunch: 1 cup  Homemade  Italian Sausage Skillet with Swiss Chard, Tomatoes, Leeks etc (3 Protein, 264 Calories)

Afternoon Snack:  1/4 c blueberries, 1/4 c Kellogg's All Bran, 2 oz Oscar Meyer Rotisserie Chicken (15 P, 121 Calories)

Dinner:   1/2 serving  Chili Rellenos (thank you Linda!!!) 15 Protein, 145 Calories

Evening Snack:  Syntrax Nectar   (23 Protein, 100 Calories)

Total:  93 Protein, 1040 Calories

Exercise:  None.  I rest on Tues/Thurs/Sat until my weight stabilizes.
