Good Morning. Get your vitamin D on
I take about 2000 IU a day in other pills... so not on purpose but it's in my multi and my calcium. Then, on Mondays, I take 50,000 IUs. Except if the week before I've been out in the sun a lot. Then I skip it.
Doing that keeps my Vitamin D levels around 80-100.
