Thanks for the warm welcome and words of encouragement. 

I've sent my surgeon's office too many emails I know "helping" them put all the informaion they possibly can in my appeal.

I feel confident and scared at the same time right now.  If they don't approve it I do not have a Plan B so not sure what I'll do...
