Drove Chili this morning and going to the pool as soon as the camps are over.

decaf protein coffee 33g
egg, 3 turkey bacon
lemon tea 13g
ww sandwich round, fish, tomato, mayo
peach
salad, feta
caribean cooler 13g
chicken, green beans
protein shake 33g

calories 1125
carbs 43
protein 157

My carbs have been higher than normal when I am trying to drop some pounds but the peaches and tomatos are just too good. I added a piece of celery with low fat peanut butter after swimming. I was hungry!!!
