Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!
WOW...yesterday was a tiring day! Left with DD at noon and didn't get home from shopping until after 8:00. I had to take a Tylenol PM and 2 Tylenols to get my legs to stop aching. I didn't know we were doing a marathon or I would have worn my tennis shoes. She got most of her lighting bought and a few things have to be ordered but she is really pleased we accomplished so much.
It was a GREAT eating day and the scales were at 118 again!!! 2 days in a row so I'm claiming it! I'm thinking it might have something to do with the weather being a litte cooler and I'm not as swelled but what ever the reason it puts a smile on my face.....
MAINTENANCE...ALMOST 4 YEARS OUT.......
Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g
Lunch: Eating out after church

Snack: 100 Calorie Popcorn (Maybe)
Miles: I am going for a walk today!!!!!!!

I am exhausted...we had a garage sale on Fri and Sat. I missed church this AM, forgot to even set the alarm
and even slept through breakfast. I am feeling pretty much back to normal after my surgery, just lots of diarrhea for about 4 days.
L-meatloaf, carrots, a little mac n cheese from Cracker Barrel
S-protein shake
D-not sure yet, probably chicken on the grill
S- cheese and another protein shake

I LOVE Cracker Barrel! We have to travel a little over an hour to get to one so it's a treat when I get there. I love their chicken and dumplings.
I've had a few garage sales in my life and they are tiring. It takes a lot of preparation, long days listening to people stories, and then you have to clean up. How did you do?
Chicken on the grill sounds good.
