Menus and Miles Monday Aug. 20th
This was just my 2nd class and I felt less clumsey than last time. It's only offered at my gym once a week but that's ok because I feel like I need to do the cardio stuff too and my knee still like lap swimming better than anything else. So the jury is still out.

The first few times were really tough, but I learned to love it. I can only do it about once per week due to weight training and other cardio. It is hard to fit everything in. What will help, is strengthening your leg muscles through weights, learning to hold planks for building your core, and starting with "girlie" pushups for strengthening your upper body and core. It is a fantastic core workout.
Glad you are home! Traveling and eating can be stressful. Fortunately getting home and back to normal is a lot easier than it used to be.
