Looking back it looks like I lost about 5 lbs a month from 6-12 months.  I reached goal around then and bounced around a while before settleing in.

I had the VSG and had 100 to lose.  At  6 months, I had lost 80 lbs and got to goal at 10 months, so it took me 4 months to lose my last 20, but it was pretty easy and admittedly, I wasn't exercising.

I don't feel like looking but I started at 220, reached my first goal of 140 in 6 1/2 months, my second goal of 120 at 10 1/2 months and continued to lose until about 13 or 14 months post op, total lost at this point 135 lbs, so I lost about 55 lbs from 6 1/2 months out to 14 months out.

I dropped about 75 in the first 6 months after surgery, nothing for the next 3 months, then another 20 in about 6 weeks. I'd also dropped 30-ish pre-op, then a couple pounds here and there.

It seems to be as wildly variable as the amount we lose in the first few weeks.
