AWE...poor ponies didn't get out?  I finally got 3 red tomatoes from my garden.  Now if I just had some bacon to make a BLT.  I've got to add that to my grocery list before they rot.   I've been going through a hungry spell too and I can't figure it out. I took an extra Prilosec the last coupld of nights.

Very bad day today and I should have known better than to turn to food for stress relief.

B: crumpet with grilld cheese

S: protein shake

L: salad with diced steak

S: 1 Scotch finger biscuit

S: 1 x 45gram bag of BBQ crisps

S: protein shake

D: roast beef and vegetables

Cups of tea with sweetener throughout the day.

Food diary My Fitness Pal stats 1428 calories, 128 carbs, 64 fat, 103 protein, 13 sugar 

Ouch! Like i said a bad day indeed.
