Ever since the political conventions, I have been hanging from the ceiling all twisted up in knots  and eating off plan.  The last few weeks have been a nightmare, diet wise.  So...I will record this mornings weight.

133.5 versus yesterday's weight

Need to get yourself untwisted!!! You can only change so much...as long as you vote the way you feel you need to then what others do is beyond your control....and what is beyond our control needs to be let go or it can destroy us!

So true.  It's actually miraculous I don't weigh more - although today's was a little better than the last few days.  I'll be glad when this election season is over.

This morning: 159.8

I'm thrilled to be in the 150's!  I bought some size 10 jeans this weekend, as all of my other pants are way too baggy.  It's nice to have some pants that fit.  I also bought a belt, something I haven't worn/bought/owned in I don't know how long.  I also tucked my shirt in, which is also a new thing.

I'm already starting to get the "you're too skinny" comments but am ignoring them.  Someone at work told me that I'm looking "sunken in", whatever that means.  I'm not letting any of the comments bother me, as my doctor and I will decide what a good weight is for me.  But, for now, I'm enjoying the ride and learning a new way of life for a new me.

Good going, Kat.

Yeah, the "are you losing too much" happens but we also will experience some redistribution around year 2 to 3 so what may be sunken in now, may look fine at the same weight further out.
