Sunday Weigh In
It will soon be over, regardless of which way it goes. As I said in another thread, I don't discuss politics except to tell people to vote...and that is ALL I do. As long as a person votes, HOW they vote is their business.
It's hard to stay on plan when your budget is as close to the bone as ours is right now but it will get better soon and then we really CAN get rid of many carbs.

I now do my venting on Twitter instead of talking to the TV. I've even backed away from Twitter for a few days and did no****ch the last 2 debates. Carbs are easier and cheaper. I know what you mean by budgets. My 36 year old daughter lost her job 18 plus months ago when her office closed after being there 11 years. She has not found a job as of yet, is applying for anything and everything, is college educated and finnaly found a part time job at a vets office to make ends meed. She had to move back home, and we are helping her as much as possible.
I agree with you. Voting is very important, and it is very important for the Republic.
Angel, to be honest, I'd wait til you get to maint to try Slim Jim's...serious amount of sodium which will slow you down.
If we had not been working this week and next, I would not have even gotten them.

Candy, we didn't start that way but many of us are in the maint phase now. And FIGHTING regain and the carb monster.
Just keep on plan and the weight will drop. Once you get to maint tho it's a whole new idea.

Was 185 last week.
Now 181 (yeah!!) 4 pounds.
but I came off of a 2.5 week stall!
You're doing great. Yeah, stalls are hard but if you also measure yourself monthly at least until you get to goal or the first year it helps thru the stalls...Many times I didn't lose weight but did lose inches.

But I was 131 yesterday.
I am bouncing between 130-131 with occasional forays down 129 or up to 132.
