meal plan percentages?
I never looked at the % although my tracker reported them. I tried to stick to 140g protein, 30-50g carbs and let the rest fall where it did.

Same here...I worry about my protein and keep a running tab on carbs just so I make sure I don't overdo. Other than that, counting calories is not on my radar. I do know that most days, I end up between 1000 and 1200 but I don't get weirded out if I go over, esp in protein/fat.
I would keep on doing what you were doing for another year to go as low as you can to prepare for bounceback. Don't get into maint too soon.

I haven't kept track in a while but when I used to track I was around 1/3 from each macronutrient. I'm guessing these days I'm more at the South Beach ratios with 30% protein, 30% fat and 40% carbs. But that's just a guess.

Those percentages sound pretty good. I usually don't keep track of anything but my Protein drinks and avoid "bad" carbs the best I can.
