WTF

I weigh almost everyday and my weight went up on wednesday and has stayed up.  I have not changed anything.  Maybe next week will be a big one for me.

I don't know...I do try to eat extra salt because I get light headed when I stand up(it is not a hydration problem).  I usually can feel extra fluid in my hands with regard to my rings.  Rings are just as loose.  Who knows.  Maybe this is it.coolI mean, I have lost about 95% of my EW.  I just would like some bouce back room.  to be perfectly honest, I have not been tracking what I eat very well.  A problem I have is that my appetite is down.  Nothing is appealing but my stomach is hungry.  And eating the protein and fat without the carbs is not appealing.  Like, I don't want to eat cheese without a triscuit. That kind of thing.  So I end up not eating that much during the day sometimes because I don't want the carbs. I usually do get my 100 grams of protein though.

 i used to love greek yogurt but now it is too sour and I just pucker-even with splenda.  It is just too strong of a taste.  i used to love my protein coffees but they are just too sweet now.

I don't know...I am just rambling...

Try tracking what you eat for a week...amybe you will find the culprit. It's possible the sodium isn't even in the salt you add. I added an extra lb a couple of weeks ago due to sodium but didn't see it anywhere but on the scale.

In my case tho, I knew what I had changed. I have since stopped the Slim Jim's.
