Sunday Weigh In
Last week 105
This week 105
Total change none
Staying steady although I did see 102.6 this week. Not sure why. Must have been a fluke. Not eating as much as I want due to lack of time while working and lack of interest most of the time. Nothing sounds good to me. I've gone out to eat several times this week and I am actually sick of it. Usually people gain weight from going out to eat a lot but for me I am sick of everything, even prime rib. I usually wind up getting a breakfast but I get full pretty fast still. I thought I would be able to eat more by now. Between my restriction and my current indifference towards food I guess I am going to stay where I at for a while.
Also, I was wondering if our taste buds change as we age, particularly with menopause. It just seems that nothing tastes as good as I remember them tasting. Even steak tastes different. It's not just a particular place or anything, it all tastes different.

139 after drinking which is not so bad for someone almost 6 feet tall and fairly muscularly built . Size seven or five ( ancient ) jeans require a belt , size zero slighly stretchy ( Ann Taylor ) jeans button no prob.
My problem ( FINALLY !! ) is NOT my body its my life and choice of companionship ( read ..pain-in -the -butt men ) . Keeping my high energy and health level ( and posture teeth and almost waist length mane of hair ) with my semi -vegetarian mostly organic n /or homegrown lowfat regime works AWESOMELY thank God !
Doing good, Ava

Staying at 175 now for two weeks. I feel like it is going to go down again because my arms, legs and breast area have dropped in size but not the scale. That happened during my "first" stall last month. I hovered and lost a whole pant size and then the scale moved and it moved big! About 7 pounds over about 5 days. Isn't the human body fascinating!
