Another question

Another question I have is ... do we just reach a point, where we stop losing?   Does our body / stomach just say " okay that's enough now, this is a good weight and you are done?".

I guess I can't wrap my head around that and my mother has asked me that question a few times!

Thanks :)

Jennifer

Yep, that's what my surgeon and Vitalady told me. "Let your body decide when you're done."  What they were trying to say was don't try to slow yourself down or stop the losing by adding carbs, let your body do what it's going to do.

I know it seems strange, but yes, that is basically what happens.  During the time we have added variety and amount but if we just keep on keeping on, at some point, we stop (or 99% of us do)

During this adventure you are going to hear "you have lost enough" " you are getting to thin"  "how much more are you going to lose" etc.  Don't listen to any of them!!!!!  Listen to your body and let it stop on it's own!   I made the mistake of stopping when I heard these comments and the number on the scale started to scare me a little and I really regret it!!!!!!!
