You guys are awesome!  Keep up the good work, guys. It isn't easy but you can do it. Find your niche--find out what works for you--find your snares and learn to avoid them--find your happy place and what it takes to keep yourself there.  Have a great week.

I am thrilled with my WLS and even though I dream of 115 I realize that my body is happier in the 118-120 range.

I can't even imagine being this successful without my LW's!!   I saw some of the cheer mom's who where my idols before my surgery and most of them have gained a lot of their weight back.  I feel so sad for them but as I sat there drinking my Protein Drink they were drinking Pepsi and eating Nachos, thick coated fried chicken, fries, and burgers.  I had some Popcorn later in the day and I enjoyed every single kernel knowing that my scales wouldn't be suffering and my pants would still fit in the morning.

Tanks,Gina, for always being there and your ,and all the LW"s awesome support. The scale is still going down for me ,I am 5.5 # away from where I started gaining last year, and 11.5 # away from my lowest weight last year. I am very grateful and still loving my sleeve.
