Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!
Happy Monday! I'm guessing a lot of you have off today because yesterday was Veterans Day. I'm working so the ones with kids can have it off. Some of the girls brought snacks in today. I did try a small ham/turkey wrap. It was pretty good but I usually don't eat the things they bring in.
My legs are hurting so bad from all of the steps at the Competition that I didn't get much sleep and I dread standing up. 2 years ago I ran up the steps numerous times. I've only put on a couple of pounds since then so I'm guessing it's my lack of walking......

Yup, increased my carbs since last I posted, apparently my pancreas does not bother giving me insulin without sufficient carb intake, isn’t that lazy? Anyhoo, these days, I just make sure my fiber is above 25 and my sugar is around 30 or less and I’m a very happy girl :)
502 calories down already with the elliptical this morning
PS last payday I came across Dasani Drops (like MIO) in Pineapple Coconut, and I am irrecoverably hooked on it, anyone else tried it? I can almost let myself pretend it’s alcoholic… almost… ;)
on 11/12/12 3:15 am
107 protein and 24 carbs.
2 oz chili & cheese Breakfast
2oz chili & cheese lunch
2iz chili cheese supper
3 isopure drinks
pretty yummy and repetitive , but I made a large pot an will most likey eat this everyday until its go e. that's what makes it easy for me to stay on track . Typing from my phone today and my key aren't working! Happy fast week to all!
I don't mind eating the same thing every day. Food isn't a top priority for me anymore. As long as I get my Protein drinks in that's all that matters.
Sounds Good!

Rainy day here but I got some errands run and went to my knee Dr. He was ok with my progress although neither of us is thrilled with the amount of bend. DH has been doing ok today and is beginning to get a tiny amount of movement in his fingers. I think that is a good sign. His dr is referring him to a vein specialist for his artery but it may just be for them to reveiw the test they have already done. Should hear in the next few days. I have my cataract surgery tomorrow on my Left eye. I guess I am ready.
