Menus and Miles Tuesday Nov. 13
I would LOVE to hear from some people in the losing weight phase....I'm having a hard time. I'm only 6 1/2 mos post op and I've not lost any weight at all for 3 weeks. I'm sure my problem is eating out everyday for lunch...although I don't eat much I'm sure its the wrong foods. I'm going to try to stop eating junk and go back to basics....Grilled Chicken, wendy's chili, cottage cheese, etc.

Protein Coffee with 1 1/2 scoops of Unflavored Unjury and sugar free creamer 30 protien and 180 cals
Yoplait light greek yogurt 10 protien and 100 cals
Wendy's grilled asiago chicken club No bun 320 cals 34 g protien
(45 mins after lunch) large unsweet tea
20 oz water
(I'm getting hungry and don't know why).....possibly head hunger.....
