Sunday Weigh In
Totally understand stress...As for the hand in the candy dish...STOP IT, LOL. (Where is my hand slapping smilie????)
Seriously, do try to stay away. I know it's very hard, esp when it is so available. Try focusing on taking something YOU can snack on? Maybe some flourless peanut butter cookies?

It is hard to say no when it is in your face. But, be strong, you can do it. There is someone on another forum who tells people she doesn't eat recreational sugar. That phrase is in my mind whenever my coworkers and the students offer me something I need to turn down. I do keep extra on plan snacks in my lunch bag, just in case I need a little something to help me say no.
"I don't eat recreational sugar, but thank you anyway." My new saying at work...thanks for the great saying.

I'm down to 128 but I also slept most of yesterday due to being sick and hardly ate anything during the 8 hours I was up. I suspect it's jus****er weight and I'll be back up to 130 tomorrow.

Today: 142.9
Last week: 147.4
I lost 4.5 lbs this week, which I am thrilled about, as my losing had seemed to slow down but I guess not. I tend to do the up and down within a pound or two and then drop down to a new low, go up and down, up and down, up and down, then drop. Wierd but what can I do?
I'm getting excited getting so close to 140, which I haven't seen in probably 25+ years. I'm getting the rude comments at work about how I need to stop losing weight, I'm getting too skinny, am I anorexic but am not letting them bother me. My BMI is 22.2, down from 33.5 at my consultation, so I'm pretty happy. I'm not sure where I'll end up but I'm just doing what I need to do and will see where I go.

Fantastic week, Kat...you are doing good.
