Sunday Weigh In

Not to sound ungrateful but I'm not that happy with my weight but I have come to accept that this is where I am for now. It has been long enough for me to realize that there isn't an easy way for me to gain right now. I still believe that it won't always be this way and I will most likely be like most others who need to make sure I don't gain too much someday.

Last week 172 (stalled for about 2 weeks)

This week 170 (solidly staying there for several days now:)

My calorie count is naturally going up from 800 to about 1,000 because I am able to do more exercise (I have back issues). I am only taking naps about every 3 days. Two days this week I did not even take my pain pills! I am getting more work done around the house and yard for hours in each day. I'm excited I can handle a little more food and still lose. Being at 800 is on the low side but it was what seemed natural at the time. I am at 3 months on Dec. 1st.

Last week  120

this week 122

I'm blaming at least part of it on no exercise and I have another 10 day-2 weeks before I can really get back to Zumba and muscle pump.  Not that my eating has been great, but I don't think it has been THAT bad.

You've had a LOT to deal with...many stressors.

You'll get back to normal soon...in the meantime, make sure you take care of yourself while taking care of others.

Danni,

I can't wait to see your "I've reached goal" post!

Yeap, carb pigouts are okay OCCASIONALLY (holidays) but not something to be done often. It does make me feel normal and not always forever watching all I eat.
