Can they make me reverse the RNY if I've lost to much???
I agree. Reversing is no simple process and unless he is going to do it for free, the whole idea of "making" you do anything is pretty absurd.

It's not uncommon to worry about losing too much at a year out, especially with us lightweights. The bounce back will come sooner or later, don't hurry it. In the end you will be happy that you lost more then you intended because it gives you more wiggle room.
Whatever you do don't start eating a lot of high carb, high sugar things to help it along. I have seen many do that and it always seems to come back to bite them. I am at the same place, wanting to put on some weight but I will do it in a healthy way so it doesn't get out of control. Just add more protein and see if that helps things slow down. That is what I did to get my weight loss to stop. I put on a few pounds but not much. I eat a lot of nuts, cheese, avocado and other denser calorie foods since I can't eat a lot still.
My surgeon didn't threaten to reverse me since I don't think it would be possible in my situation (already a revision, it's a long story) but he did talk about putting in a tube for feedings. Not my idea of fun. Fortunately, like I said, the weight loss stopped so that didn't have to happen.

Not only can't he "make" you but most likely he'd fight you pretty hard if you wanted to be reversed and get you to try all sorts of other things first.
Reversals are serious business and most surgeons reserve them for people who are dying of malnutrition no matter how much they eat and how many supplements they take or have other serious medical problems that a reversal would fix.
This is one reason why it bothers me a bit that they advertise RnY as reversible. Yes, it technically is, but it's pretty rare.
