I'm sorry to hear about your pain.  Where is it?  It will get better.  Sounds like you're doing what you need to do as far as the walking goes.  The gasx strips let you take two at a time, have you been doing that?  My step-mom just took one at a time and they didn't help her.  I hope that pain subsides soon!
