Thanks Roz! I got 69 g of protein in yesterday which is 9 over doc's recommendation. It was def. a better day just way too much fat for my comfort level but then again I lost 2 pounds overnight so I dunno if I can trust myself yet. It's why I need to use myfitnesspal to keep track.
I've def. been lacking several of the days since my hernia surgery last week I just felt too sick to eat much but that seems to be getting better. It's funny because the two days I didn't think I did well (as in pigged out) were the two days I dropped 2 pounds in the last week lol.
I'm so greatful someone recommended this board to me because I find typing it out here reminds me to go put it in myfitness pal and hopefully I won't have skipped days all the time again.
