Last week (and week before) 165
This week 162!
I started tracking again on myfitnesspal and caught myself with too many carbs and calories. Quite the jump (up 500 calories up from 900-1,000). Before that I thought maybe I was leveling off since I'm a lightweight and nearing four months. Now I'm at 1,100 calories and that is feeling fine for now. Also trying to make more homemade food as it seems more satisfying.
You did GREAT.
I'm glad I do not have to worry about calories, just how many grams of protein and carbs I inhale...carbs just got out of hand.

The NUT is still closely watching everything and I have 4.5 month appoint with the doctor coming up in a couple of weeks. I might need to do them on and off for the first year. The doctor was thinking I could do without close monitoring and go only by "feel" but you know how that is with some of us!
Last week 104.6
This week 105.4
Total change -.08
Feeling like I am able to eat a more normal amount this last week and finally getting a bit of an appetite back. I am optimistic that maybe I can finally put on a few pounds, hopefully to 110 for now. That is going to be my upper limit for a while and I'll see how it goes from there. I don't want to lose control and gain too much. I want to get to a healthy weight in a healthy way. This maintenance thing is a tricky deal.
