Did you try going crazy on the Protein for about 3 days and then dropping back down? I would probably add a couple of Protein drinks and then drop back down to what you normally drink. I take in over 100 grams just in drinks during the day and I don't even count the Protein in food.

I just saw an ad for that tonight and thought gee there should be wls ads on tv so everyone could learn what I have instead of wasting so much money on an industry that gets too much as it is!
B- Celebrate ENS shake - 25g
L- 1/2 cup chicken noodle soup - 7g
2 sausages off hubby's plate - 7g
D- Homemade Spaghetti meat sauce (mostly meat) with 5 barillo plus noodles(to fool my head)- 27g
S-BMI protein shake - 22g
Total protein = 88g
LOL....I think the same thing. Every time I see a "star" in one of those commercials I think...if I had someone cooking for me I might have been able to eat right too.
You might want to try to get your Protein a little higher.

Roz I notice you and others on here eat/drink far more protein than what my doctor recommends for women. Can I ask if it's based on your labs or doctor recommended or what?
My doctor recommends 60g of protein and I try to meet that daily. I'm convinced I have a baby pouch as the days I get more than that in I'm almost miserably full. I had labs at 3 mo and at 6 mo and both showed my protein as being okay. I was exactly 7.0 on the 3 mo when I was struggling to get in 60g and 7.2 on the 6 mo when I was always getting in 60g.
My Theory: Our bodies don't absorb all of that 60 just like it doesn't absorb all of the nutrients from your food so you need to consume more than the 60.
If I get all 4 of my planned drinks in and do low "bad" carbs then I know I've hit my mark. I don't want to count proteins, carbs etc. Too many years on WW counted exchanges and points. I want to feel normal and not worry about numbers.

Should I cut back on my food, if I increase my protein? I'm worried if I have 100 grams in just protien, that I will consume too many calories....What do you think? My protein drinks/coffee have around 120-170 cals (20 grams/120 or 30 grams 175). I'm willing to try anything to get out of this stall.....
