1. How did you do yesterday vitamin wise?

2. Are you planning to be successful today?

3. How do you insure success with your vitamins?

1. I got all my vitamins in yesterday. I was a little late on the dinner batch but was able to delay the bedtime batch just enough to get everything in with a little time between each dose.
2. Planning on being successful today. Staying inside my rut.
3. I plan and sort my vitamins for the week and pack them at night for the next day. I take a small case every day for my multiple little batches I take throughout the day. My little case sits right by my computer mouse...can't miss it.

I did great yesterday, including my middle of the night, iron and C.  I will do my morning batch before I leave with DH for a Drs appt, noon when we get home, evening before bed.

The hint that honneypie gave me about doing the iron at night is wonderful.  I couldn't find any other time to fit it in and this works great as long as I set it on the counter before I go to bed.  I also do my am and pm doses a week at a time.  Noon are on the computer so I can't forget them easily.

1) Did well yesterday.

2) YES, I plan on it

3) I have an appt in about 2 weeks to get my latest lab results...I'll tweak again then. But I keep them next to me while on the computer.

I made up 3 vitamin dispensers yesterday and I might buy a 4th.  It's when the 2nd one gets empty that I have a tendency to skip a day.  New year,...New day....New attitude!

I bought four one week planners that each day can 'pop' out. They were $7 each on amazon, free shipping. The same container was $12 at walmart.

I did the exact same thing!  $7.75 at Amazon.  Bought 4 of them so I would only have to fill every 28 days.  Mine are blue and hold quite a bit.

1.  Got them all in just fine (but not the day before:(

2.  Yes - I start back at teaching today and taking the train and buses so things can get hairy.

3.  I don't have it "insured" yet so if I forget, I have to play catch up. The suggestions about selecting pill boxes from Amazon sound like a good idea. I need them to be on the smaller side.

Should that have been 'ensure"?

Actually, I was being silly with words. I haven't set up a real, fool proof system (insuring) that I'll likely never forget to take them.
