Whato do you think of using this as your base vitamin? what would you add to it?

There won't be enough A, D, E or K in their multi, I would look at Vitalady's DS plan.

I have already bought all of vitaladies DS plan. The dietician told me about this yesterday, so I thought I would ask here.

They have no where near what you would need.  Also, your labs will tell you how much you will need to tweak and you can not adjust when everything is in one pill.  It is good that you asked before buying

While it is marketed for WLS patients, most of us need to adjust the A, D, E, and K separately. In a multi like that, you can't adjust any of those. Also there is NO iron in the forumla.

Since you already have Vitalady's, don't waste your money on it.
