Completed my pre-surgery testing...
Another step crossed off the list. I completed my pre-surgery testing yesterday...they had to stick me 4 times to get blood out...ouch...but that is normal for me...(apparently I have tiny, rolling and/or hard to find veins). I even increased my water the whole day before and the morning of...to make sure I was well hydrated...anyway...
The only thing that can stop my surgery now is if I can't get past the last remnants of this pesky cold I have...I have a cough that erupts about 6 times a day and I still have a little bit of a stuffy nose....They have to be clear by Weds. 1/9/13 or I may have to postpone my surgery till they are gone...
So I am still taking medication for my cold...even though I would have stopped and let it fini****'s course by it's self...just cant take that chance...oh and using my Nettipot. Any other suggestions would be welcomed.
I hope it is over by then. I do know that sometimes meds keep me in worse shape than if I just go it without but you know your body best. I think the nettipots are helpful and they don't cause the rebound stuff meds sometimes do.
I'll be swinging critters for you.

Before surgery they had a terrible time hitting the veins and getting blood out of (always said I had tiny veins) but but now 1 ***** and 18 tubes without even bruising.
I hope you start feeling better soon!

I really was able to do all my testing within a few weeks time...however...all my testing didn't include very many items because I had already been testing for a bunch of stuff prior to entering into the program...so the only thing I had to have done was some blood tests...an EKG...and a stool test...that's it.
