WTG, I know you are happy...I would be.

I forgot to check in yesterday :) I see a lot of people are not happy with their holiday gain but I have faith in all of us to get back on track and kick some butt!

I also started to drop now that I am back on my regular routine:)

WEE!!!! Playing in a new decade...how great is that!

Apparently MY holiday gain was medication related not food related.

Yeah, but most of it has NOT been related to my WLS...can't "blame" that for most of what I have had to go thru other than losing so fast, my gall bladder had to go...but then again, had my surgeon gotten it out during my DS, we wouldn't have gone there either.

My last two years from the WLS point of view has been an easy ride compared to many.
