Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!

Sorry this is late. I had to work through my lunch. The state has made so many changes on our paperwork that it takes extra time to do everything.

Ok so today I tried something different. I typically don't eat bread but will grab wheat thins or crackers.

B. roadside & lemon tea x 3 scoops
No snack because I eat lunch 11:30
L. 1/2 turkey sand on wheat, cutie
S. cheddar cheese chunk
D. Chicken ravioli (1), salad

92/35 carbs so far!!!

Had a better afternoon. Hoping for better time right before dinner when I am hungry!

Syntrax lemon tea. can you explain what this is, where I can get it, and what you would compare the flavors too? thanks

It's a protein powder -- I get it at the Vitamin Shop or online. Vitalafy has samples if you want to try before you commit. A 2# jug is about $33 at Vit Shop. It's great mixed with their roadside lemonade, too. I mix w water and a few ice cubes.

It's my favorite because it is mild enough to drink plain and if you want to add a little crystal lite (I use MIO) it's not overpowering.  Low calories, no carbs, no sugar, and 23g of good Protein.  Syntrax comes in a lot of flavors.  You can order a box of samples from the maker of it at http://www.si03.com/   or   from Vitalady.  Vitalady.com has a sample from just about every protein powder out there.

My DD had her 7th anniversary on Monday and she still hasn't ordered her wedding pictures. Not because of lack of money but from lack of time and new projects always starting.

If you are going to eat pizza at least get a piece of the good stuff....LOL

On days like this I'd like to see you drinking a couple of Good Quality Protein drinks.
