Menus and Miles for Roz - Saturday, January 12th
Good morning everyone!
Today is my sweet daughters' 29th birthday. I do hope she and her hubby have some nice plans made for her today.
I'm going into Falls Church today to a local jeweler. My daughter has a pair of diamond earrings her hubby got her for their anniversary a few years ago and she lost one about a year ago. She didn't tell him and I'm going to see if I can get another one made for her to match - and hopefully he won't find out. Of course the jewelry store they bought it from doesn't carry it anymore either. That will be her birthday present from me.
I'll have to come back and fill this in later - I have no idea what's on the menu for today.

Sorry I'm posting too late, crazy day here. I have mixed emotions about how my day went. It was my FIL birthday party tonight and the family (all 25 of us) went out for pizza to celebrate. The very cool thing about the pizza place is our pizza was cut into such tiny squares they were each about 1/2" by 1/2" big that when I had my (eek!) 6 of them I felt "normal" again. The problem with feeling normal is that normal = binger/overeater and the feeling felt a little too good. It made me realize this is going to require MORE therapy and I thought I was almost to the end of sessions. But I'd rather find out now with 6 little pieces than 2 years from now back to eating 6 normal pieces. I also had a carb coma from heck which made me realize I don't want to do that again. So I guess I'll chalk it up to a learning experience type of day and start fresh tomorrow.
B- Celebrate ENS shake
L- chicken wings
D - pizza
