30 pounds in 30 days...Gotta love the DS!

So, today is my one month "Surgiversary" and I was excited to hit the 30 pound mark this morning.  I think for a lightweight that this is pretty amazing! I also took new measurements and lost 4 inches off of my waist, 4 off butt, 4 off bust, and even 2.5 inches off each thigh (and several other smaller losses)!  So, even thought this has been a tough month, it has been worth it!  Now to just figure out how to up my protein to 60!?!?!??! cool

I want to be a copy cat. My surgery is Wednesday. I would LOVE to be 30 pounds lighter on February 16th.  I have at least 10 protein options here. Not sure if my taste buds will change so trying to be prepared.

 

How are the vitamins coming? can you take them all yet at a month out?
