Three months labs
Any vitamin gurus out there? Gina? Advice? My A was probably low before too...not sure its due to surgery. I doubt it since I never took any vites before at all. The rest is perfect. Iron is great, B12 fine, electolytes perfect, protein good, urates are a bit high but they were also before surgery....gout is in my future! everything else is great.
Thank you!
Best thing to do is post your results. That way the ones who can help actually see the results.

The good thing is you can take oil based vitamins A and D and not have to take dry. You can also take beta carotene and have an easier time absorbing it and converting it to vitamin A.
Here is what Vitalady recommends for VSG patients and I think all her A, D, K and E are dry, and if you can get them there that would be best, but you should be able to find them in oil. I probably would look hard for D3 rather than D2 if you take the oil form. Otherwise, I would order from Vitalady.
Daily: Vitamin A 10,000IU; Vitamin B-9 Folic Acid 1,200mcg; Vitamin B12 1,000mcg; Vitamin C 1,000mg;Vitamin D3 20,000IU; Vitamin E 400IU; 1 B-50 Complex; 2 Complete Multi-Vitamin/Mineral; Calcium Citrate 840mg (elemental); Iron 150mg (elemental); Magnesium Citrate 140mg (elemental); Zinc 50mg
