Good Morning. How goes the new year?
No resolutions for me. However, I did make a couple of goals. First, to remember to write 2013 on all paperwork needing dates. So far, so good. Second, DH and I wanted to take a ballroom dance class. We started on 1/7 at a park and recreation center an hour away (they don't have any ballroom classes close to home), it is Waltz only for 4 weeks. We have decided to make a date night out of it. We need to see what his class schedule is like before we find a new one for February.

At my TOPS meeting, we submitted 2 goals, one health/weight related and one personal that they will keep for the year and then we'll review our own progress at the end of 2013. My weight goal is to get to 140 lbs (I'm 5' 4") and my personal one is to complete 5 chapters of a memoir. They don't have to be perfect and professionally edited but basically done well enough that I can say I did a reasonable job of it. So, that's mine. I also plan to walk more.
I don't do resolutions either but I know I was planning on getting back to exercise and I have done that. Zumba on Sun and Friday morning and Muscle pump on Mon and Wed evenings. I have missed some with other activities but have been there more than I have missed. And clean eating. Well, that is a work in progress. I did great for Tues and most of yesterday but when the power was out for 18 hours, it was harder.

I don't do New Years resolutions but I did make some in Dec. that haven't been going well. I need to rethink them, I think.
