Yes, although Dr Ponce is not as well known as some of the other Mexico surgeons that are mentioned on this board, I suspect he is just as skilled as any of the 'big names'.  Not that I was considering DS, but I didn't know he does those too.  With his extensive experience, it certainly makes sense that he does.  

Oh just noticed that you were revised from vsg.  Just curious about what led to that?

I did the VSG in 2009, did not get to goal instead started gaining so I had to make the decision to revise to the DS.

Oh my goodness.  How incredibly disappointing.  Here's wishing you every success with DS.
