Last week 105.4

This week 106.2

Total change +0.8

I swear Sunday is always my heaviest weight.  Part of the reason is I weigh much earlier in the day then I usually do and I am sure I lose some weight later in the morning after I have done my thing :)

Anyway, I saw 103.2 earlier this week but that was because I was really cleaned out.  Haven't gone much since then so I think I am plugged up again and it feel miserable.  Food has been the same.  Still can't eat anything that isn't very soft.  Now I understand people who complain about the soft food phase.  Fortunately I wasn't on that long and I didn't realize how old it gets. I am so sick of yogurt, pudding and the like.  It just hurts too much still to chew much.

I understand, Tazz...about weighing more before doing your thing AND soft foods.

I still, almost 10 months out from jaw surgery, have issues with foods that require chewing...and do NOT even get me started on nuts. I adore most but this year, nuts are NOT mouth friendly.

Well I guess I have nothing to complain about this is the first week (10 days without movement) since my surgery I have lost 0. I read about all the stalls on here and am always so thankful that I didn't experience any. So I'll take a week of no weight loss and no gain after a 3 pound loss last week. I have lost 3 inches in my waist in the last 2 weeks so it's not like nothing is moving in a downward trend!

Last week 130

This week 130

WTG, Price.

I bet it is too but since I will be on these another week, I'm not looking for it to correct itself soon.
