Happiness ? How do YOU find Ur happiness every day ?
Exercise, I love Zumba and Muscle Pump and prefer to do classes instead of walking or swimming. But if I can't get to classes for a couple of days, a walk with the dogs does me a world of good.
Playing with my ponies. Gets my mind off the rest of the world. Gets me away from the phone, the computer, the family.
A hot bath, that is where I am headed right now.

I'd have to say exercise, meditation and cooking. I love running the most. I turn the ringer to silent on my phone and pump up the music through my earbuds... then I just run. I've also returned to doing Zen meditation. I do it for 15-20 minutes before bed. It clears my mind and calms me down so I can sleep. My favorite thing though is cooking. My meals have changed a lot since last year and it is gluten-free, peanut/tree nut allergen free and/or organic based.
In a perfect world I like to go outside and walk regardless of the weather. My clients have been holding me hostage for weeks and I haven't been able to go outside to walk.....I can't get away from them! It's starting to show on the scale too and driving me crazy. I think I will try to restore some me-time and discuss with them my need to get up and walk a few times a day.
Thanks for posting this, I really needed to come to grips, and stop letting them control my happiness and health.
