had a Jay Robb egg protein shake yesterday in 12 oz coconut milk. Today? Up 3 #. Not sure if it was the coconut milk or the powder but not really worth worrying about. Not sure I could drink it with water,might try if I am really low on protein some day. Not sure it almond milk would cause it either but again,not sure it is worth trying.

It'll drive you crazy! Right?  It may not be the shake and just some water weight. What was the carb count on the coconut milk? Some of the plain actually has sugar added and more carbs than others.

Carb count is 8 gms and 1 gm fiber and durn if I didn't look at the ingredients and it DOES have cane sugar, that on the ingredient list but sure did this time. I might have to go back to making homemade almond milk to use with the shak.

Ginas post got me looking at the carton and it has cane sugar in it! ACK! maybe I won't have to give up the shakes after all. just make homemade almond milk so I know what is in it.
