Hello everyone.
Week before last-124.6
Today-124.8
i have come to the conclusion that I could use a few extra pounds. I now realize how thin I really am. I am too afraid if I gain intentionally, I won't be able to get rid of them. Also, I looked younger than my age before surgery, but now I need a facelift! At least everything else can be covered up with clothes. Oh well.....
I'll be MORE than glad to give you the few extra I added this week...you take the two lbs and I would be back to where I was last week.
You are doing good.

Yeah, each scale can read differently. That's why we shouldn't "live and die" by the number. Jus****ch for trends and be more concerned about how we feel, how our clothes fit, measurements, etc.
