You'd be proud to know my drink of choice for the superbowl was water and  I didn't snack one bit!  Helps when you watch it alone at home!

Kinda carby eaty day...

B  - scrambled eggs w/salsa wheat toast with butter - and quite a bit of it

L - chicken noodle soup with crackers

S - hot chocolate with cookies protein

D - cheesy rice chicken bake

S - fried pickles - yum and a beer

S - glass of Shiraz wine

Great job Jody!   I'm terrible when I'm a lone. If I can't find anything it's peanut butter straight out of the jar.

I'm in sunny, warm Las Vegas.  But my eating has been pretty good.  We went to Red Rock Canyon today and Belagio's this evening and watched the water fountain display.  Grand Cayon tomorrow.

decaf protein coffee  33g
bacon, sausage, egg, tiny sweet potato pancake, yogurt
 caribean cooler protein 13g
1/2 orange, 1/2 apple cheese stick
protein bar
lemon tea protein
prime rib, salad, 2 bites potato

Now to bed.  We have to meet the bus for the tour at 5:40 in the morning.
